Exclusive to Nobu Restaurants. The sake is remarkable for its pale gold colour. On the nose slight anise and cantaloupe. Very crisp, clean and dry with a soft melon flavor and a clean finish. Goes well with most whitefish, light grilled poultry dishes, shellfish and of course sushi and sashimi.
